Who would have thought that on March 5th it would be 60 degrees? That would have been great except…the winds were unbelievable. At one time the wind was so strong it ripped Christina’s veil right out of her hair. Thankfully one of the groomsmen were there to grab it before it took a dive into the Delaware River. It was pretty crazy out there for a little while and it took a lot of encouragement to keep Christina out there but it is always worth it in the end. Christina and Salem were married in a room that looked out over the water and partied the night away to great music by the Vibe Tribe.
Here are a few images from before the ceremony.
Just a little windy.
Relaxed and thinking of a warm beach…if only for a few seconds. Shortly after this shot the girls ran away to the warmth of the hotel.
Christina, patiently waiting for Salem to come out. My coat isn’t the best wedding fashion statement I’ve ever seen but I don’t think she cared too much at this point. I almost lost her but she mustered up the determination to stay out another 5 minutes and make the following images. Well worth it.
